We have an immediate opening for a Land Surveyor Party Chief. The individual should be a motivated surveyor with a min. of 3 years experience and proficient in field surveying procedures. Individual must be willing to take on the responsibility of all aspects of land surveys, working individually, with emphasis on Boundary, Topographic and small Subdivision projects. Responsibilities to include: Client interface, data collection, field calculations, crew motivation, training and quality control. Salary is dependent on experience. Qualifications

• Proficiency in GPS, data collection, and land surveying techniques
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations and analysis
• Familiarity with premium tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit
• Ability to perform quality control checks on survey data
• Certification in relevant skills such as GIS or Trimble 
• Communication skills necessary with neighbors.
